East chamber and ( Wayed) targeting the business pioneers in the workshop (the project area)
The workshop organized by the East chamber represented by the Committee of Communications and Information Technology in collaboration with Aramco Center for Entrepreneurship (Wayed ) to support the business pioneers of projects in the field of telecommunications and information technology titled the project area (venture zone) has witnesses a distinctive and interaction by young people and pioneers of both sexes who wish to know how and the best ways to invest in different areas that are associated with the ICT sector.
The pioneers met during a workshop hosted by the head office of the chamber on the evening of Tuesday, January 26, 2016 with the ( Wayed ) where attendees have exchanged information and experiences as well as the perspective of an expert on aspects of investment in the sector.
For his part, the member of the board of the administrative board of the Communications and Information Technology committee Ibrahim Al-Sheikh said that the chamber is keen to hold such workshops on a regular basis, in order to broaden the perceptions and knowledge of entrepreneurs and other interested and specialists, in a sector that has become without exaggeration, the most globally and locally popular to achieve growth Whether on a the level of profitability or operating.
Sheikh said that the countries of the world are racing today towards the development and increasing communication contributions and information technology in all development fields, and that as a fundamental pillar for countries to achieve the goals in the development, and a sector tht is giving more functional and investment opportunities, and is characterized by its Communicating and interaction with many business sectors weather it was commercial or industrial and services, and from this point of view, the Kingdom has given a great importance in the field of telecommunications and information technology, and placed it on the priorities of development plans the agenda, in particular the ninth and tenth of them; the focus on knowledge-based digital economy and strengthen the elements of the information society, and work to reduce the knowledge and digital divide between regions Kingdom, and various segments of society.
He pointed that the KINGDOM and despite the Unprecedented breadth and prosperity and activity in the telecommunications market and information technology, and regarding what our government has offered of encouraging regulations and stimulating procedures, the studies suggest that the Saudi market will witness a strong competition in the coming years, and that will enhance the demand for Communications and Information Technology services, and therefore a more openness towards technical projects of all amounts and types.
Faced with this anticipating openness growing and expanding in the third platform technologies, and the willingness of the business sectors to increase spending for the transition by its systems to the technical level, there is an absolute necessity to study Saudi market extensively; especially by young business men and women, so in terms of the targeted group and the extent of the opportunities available and determining the quality of service or product or technical project that the market needs, and then enter it with a competitive advantage, that represents the starting point of departure in entrepreneurship.
Al Sheikh went on saying: The workshop project area (venture zone), is an opportunity for the participation of the training business and to provide advice and guidance pioneers in the field of entrepreneurship within their business ideas to the practice of self-employment, hoping to achieve maximum use from what is provided by the Centre for the development of investment ideas in telecommunications and information technology sector, as we all look to transform ideas to be raised or progress here to investment reality in the near future, supports national choices about resettlement and national employment and diversification of the national economy, also thanked the entrepreneurship Business Center( Wayed) and the audience for participate and enriching the meeting.
